Status Update
Sherri Jordan-Asble continues to work on Molten Blood, the fourth and final chapter of her Summer Blood vampire series, Desolate Incubus. This final chapter focuses highly on Gwin and how she mourns Tobia, and how she brings her power to the table to help fight unknown forces, as Matthew’s band, Carolina Sky, begins another tour.
Meanwhile, Lynn Michaels has several projects rolling. She’s working on a new submission to publish a novella with a prestigious publisher. She has a short story submitted to the Being Me Charity Anthology 2017. And an additional novella being considered at Beaten Track Publishing.
Don’t worry, she’s also hard at work writing new stories and novels and planning Holeshot 3.
A big thank you to all our readers and friends who continue to stick with us on this writing journey!

January 2017 Update
So many things going on for the new year! There are plenty of projects going on and hopefully, you’ll hang out with us and see what’s new!
For Lynn Michaels:
The first and most exciting news is Holeshot 2. Right now Beta readers are finishing up and we’ll be moving the project to the final edits within the next few weeks with an anticipated February publication. Stay Tuned for more!
The final installment for Universe 3 – Configurations is also with Beta readers and lining up for a March release.
Also on schedule for 2017 – Time for Love. A new story wrapping up and getting ready for Beta readers within the next few months, will hopefully be ready for a summer release!
For Sherri Jordan-Asble:
Molten Blood is moving to the final editing stages and will be coming out Spring 2017. This is the final book in the Summer Blood tales.
Brink – A new short story anthology is also scheduled for early 2017 – Fantasy, Horror and Sci Fi stories blur in these dark speculative tales of fiction on the Brink of our dimension.

Corey woke up curled against Jack, his nose cuddled in that warm spot where his arm met his back. The light hair tickled Corey’s nose. It was earlier than he normally woke and the room was still dark.
He kissed between his lover’s shoulder blades and rested his hand on Jack’s hip. The welts on his thighs stung and his ass ached inside and out. He shifted his hips in an effort to get comfortable, wanting to enjoy a few minutes of cuddling against Jack, but he didn’t want to wake him up with his tossing around. Finally, he propped his knee up on Jack’s thigh, and tried to relax into his pillow.
“You okay, baby?” Jack asked as he turned to face Corey.
Corey settled his knee back up on Jack’s leg after he turned. “No,” he whined. “These welts are stinging.”
“The viper bites, huh?” He wiggled his eyebrows at his little joke.
Corey buried his face in Jack’s chest. “Yes,” he muttered against Jack’s hot skin.
Jack’s hands ran over Corey’s shoulders then dove into his hair. Jack kissed his forehead and then sat up, leaving Corey to push himself back to his own pillow. “Lay on your back.” Jack snapped on the lamp on the side table.
“I can’t,” Corey groaned. His ass hurt too much.
“Why? Oh!”
